WARRANTY

It is important that you know the warranty terms for AGRIMEC products. Every product (implement or accessory) manufactured has coverage for 12 (twelve) months, counting from the date of purchase by the customer and included in the invoice. The guarantee of manufacture includes the free repair of the product within the period specified for any technical or manufacturing flaws presented. During the warranty period, the modification of parts or the carrying out of any modification of the product by third parties is not permitted without formal authorization from the manufacturer.

To maintain the warranty, the customer must have the product working in accordance with the recommendations described in the Use and Operation Manual (which accompanies the invoice when the product is delivered). The product that is subjected to overloading efforts, improperly operated, modified in its structure, is without periodic maintenance care or has inadequate maintenance will automatically be considered out of warranty.

For this reason, we always advise passing on the items informed in the Manual to operators who are in the field (tractor drivers and technicians) and other persons in charge.

Note: The parts that make up the product and are not manufactured by AGRIMEC, follow the warranty specified by their respective manufacturer. The warranty does not, in turn, cover parts that exhibit natural wear and tear.
